Hey there! I'm Sarah Ruth Oommen

Let me be straighforward, incase you're running out of time and are unable to read about SabrinaDreamCircuit. My goal is to bring my imaginative worlds and art to people, through my work. I create concept art, character designs, game assets, 3D works, illustrations and animations. Please take a moment to view my skillset at the bottom of this page.

So... what is SabrinaDreamCircuit?

SabrinaDreamCircuit is my creative brand where my dreams and ideas are brought to life.

I have chosen this name for my portfolio, since a circuit is a form of connection and I want my artwork to connect with people, ESPECIALLY children, to help them get inspired to think innovatively, as I myself learnt the art of innovation from the media which I consumed as a child.

I create artwork inspired by my dreams, powernaps and the occasional idea that appears at the most inconvenient times (usually just before falling asleep). My work often sits somewhere between cosy and large scale (Someday, I will definitely make a game where people will get super addicted to it and will not be able to stop playing it).

In my work, I will be blending soft, comforting visuals with slightly unusual or unexpected elements, which make my audience curious. My practice spans concept art, character design, traditional illustration, 3D work and short animations. I enjoy anything which involves innovation, gadgets and time travel.

I like to jot down each idea that comes to my mind, then start working on it. It might seem like any regular piece of art at first, but if you carefully go through it, you'll discover the surprise element in my work, which makes my work unique.

Whether it begins as a quick sketch or a strange dream I can’t quite forget, I’m always interested in how an idea evolves into something more complete. I trust my process of ideation and I'm sure you'll love it too.

I’m particularly influenced by video games and interactive worlds. To me, games are one of the most engaging forms of storytelling and a wonderful way to relax.

SabrinaDreamCircuit reflects both a personal approach and a creative intention: to build imaginative worlds that feel very exciting and relaxing to be in.
